Yes. You can configure EcomFelcon to only call COD orders, or all orders. Most stores choose COD-only to keep call volume lean and targeted.

EcomFelcon retries automatically after 10 minutes. After 2 failed attempts, the order is flagged in your dashboard and an SMS fallback is triggered on Growth plan and above.

Yes. Urdu language support is available on all plans. The call script can be set to Urdu, Roman Urdu, or English depending on your customer base. Switching languages takes two minutes.
